About Us

Everglade Electronics LLC is a small, family owned business located in Central North Carolina, USA in the Research Triangle area of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. We have been selling new and refurbished consumer electronics since 2019 on another major platform ( we won't mention the name, but it rhymes with FleaBay). After much success, we decided to leave the constraints of that platform and develop our own e-commerce site. We source our products from reputable wholesalers, manufacturers, and aggregators. We test each item for functionality, grade it, sanitize it, and ready the item for sale. Are we 100% perfect? Nope, but we pride ourselves on our customer service and do whatever we can to make it right. For example, just before Christmas, 2022, we heard from a customer that received a tablet computer from us and was having some problems. We think she was not skilled with the setup, and she was worried that it wouldn't be working in time to give her grand-daughter for Christmas. We took another tablet out of stock, set it up for her, and shipped it overnight at our expense so it would be there in time. Yeah, we lost money, but our customers grand-daughter had a nice gift in time for Christmas. Of course, that kind of thing doesn't happen often or we wouldn't be in business for long, but we do our best to keep our customers happy.
